Why my 2 month old baby cries before sleeping every night?
My 2 month old baby cries before going to sleep every night. I don’t understand why does he cry so much?
I feed him -so it cannot be because of hunger, because he denies to suck, it cannot be gas ,because i can understand from his stomach(its not tight), he poops for 2-3 times a day,then what is the reason? I really go mad?
Its ok during normal days , but during periods it becomes very difficult for me to take him on the shoulder and roam around. He stops crying after an hour or so after putting so much efforts(crib,shoulder,songs,toys) he sleeps. But why does he cry so much?
Once he sleeps, he don’t cry whole night ,he gets up every 2 hours but as soon as i feed him he sleeps well!
Maybe you could put him to bed earlier? It sounds like he has reached his “input” limit for the day.
Babies receive a lot of information that they have no idea what it means. They can become over stimulated by light, sound, etc.
I had a friend who had to hold her baby in a dark, quiet room every evening because her child was over stimulated.
So you may try….
1. Put him to bed before he starts his crying routine
2. Limit the noise in your house in the afternoons
3. Try not to have any outings after a certain time
Anything else that would lower the amount of information your baby is dealing with.
Sounds like you’re doing a great job. Sometimes babies just cry too.
